REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking cancellation requests are only accepted by email.

Our refund policy is dependent on the cancellation time before the event as follows:

5-14 days 80% $10 admin fee †
2-5 days 50% $10 admin fee †
Less than 48 hours No $10 admin fee †

Anyone who has booked and paid for an event has the right to cancel at any time by sending an email to info@englishagency.cz requesting a booking cancellation.

We will then refund the amount paid in full, provided the cancellation request is 14 days or more before the event. You will also have the option to transfer to another event at another time, availability permitting, at no additional charge to you.

If the cancellation request is between 5 and 14 days of an event, 80% refund will be given. If the cancellation request is between 2 and 5 days of an event, 50% refund will be given. To be fair to our staff, if the cancellation request is 48 hours or less of an event, there will be no refund. However for all of the above you will have the option of transferring to another event, availability permitting, but we will charge you a $10 administration fee.

We will make every effort to keep events events on scheldule for the time and location agreed. We do reserve the right to cancel and/or change events dates, times and locations although this happens very rarely. In the very unlikely event that circumstances dictate that we do postpone an event, you will be refunded your money in full or offered a transfer to another event of your choice at no additional charge to you.
